Project Overview
This is a new two storey build with the existing house being demolished, two new townhouse Duplex build with garages for a client, with individual driveways and fully landscaped gardens to comply with the planning permit.
Project Scope
The townhouses were 4 bedrooms with guest bedroom having a full ensuite, ground floor powder room, upstairs bedrooms also with a separate bathroom and main bedroom with a full ensuite. They were 250m/2 & 235m/2 plus 25 m/2 garages for each dwelling.
All bathrooms again were fully tiled floor to ceiling with medium to high level builders finishes, all kitchens were timber veneer and laminate finishes and stone benchtops and splashbacks throughout, solid timber polished floors to all living areas and medium to high quality carpets to all bedrooms and 2 car garages. The client selected black finishes throughout including all taps, robe sliding doors, mirrors, screens and door furniture with black trims to tiles/timber/carpet floor junctions.
The Project Outcome
The main feature in this was the high ceilings, the stone benchtops and splashbacks including laundries, the good quality finishes, the generous space to the living areas and the storage finishes to all wardrobes.
The client built them for rental purposes; the project was delivered on time and to budget. This was a pretty easy build, and the client was very happy with the result.
