Project Overview
This was a 10-unit construction, with a mix of 2 storey and 3 storey townhouses with private balconies, a mix of single and double garages and common driveways.
The townhouses vary with the 2-storey having 2 bedrooms and varying between 110 -125 m/2 with a ground floor bathroom and living areas being on the first floor. Living areas consisted of kitchen, dinning and living areas and very large terraces some 20m/2 with single car garages.

Project Scope
The 3-storey townhouses all have 3 bedrooms and some with ground floor studies and range between 125 – 135 m/2 plus single and some double garages. Al living areas consist of kitchen, dinning and living areas of generous size with approximately 10 m/2 terraces looking too the street frontage.
All bathrooms have floor to ceiling tiles, timber and laminate finishes to kitchens and tiles splashbacks, all fixtures are medium builders’ range, with black accessories including all door hardware and trims, engineered floors throughout and carpet to all bedrooms with mirrored robe doors fully shelved.
The Project Outcome
The key features in this are the living areas, the stairs between the first and second floor being open tread timber with glass balustrading which gives it the open space look, the terrace are fully tiled and let in plenty of light, the different cladding types including FC sheet, Metal and brick cladding gives it a very good street presence.
This project was built for a client that I have worked with over the years and the project had its challenges with the 3 stories and complex roof lines and was delivered on time an also on budget.
