Project Overview
Custom Residential Build - This large-scale custom home features six bedrooms, multiple living zones, and a four-car garage. The striking façade is defined by circular concrete columns, a grand staircase, and an elevated balcony.
Project Scope
Construction challenges included a complex footing system due to soil conditions and a suspended concrete veranda structure using Bondek formwork. External walls were completed with rendered brickwork and a traditional sand finish.
The project was delivered on time and within a reasonable budget, with variations managed collaboratively to achieve an excellent final result.

The home showcases premium finishes throughout:
- 2-pack kitchens with stone benchtops and splashbacks
- Floor-to-ceiling porcelain-tiled bathrooms with stone flooring
- Curved timber staircase with custom metal balustrading
