Clayton 2029

Project
Overview

This is a new 8 apartment build with a 400m/2 underground basement carpark and stackers. This was built with bored piers to a depth of 4-5m due to its close vicinity to the property boundaries. This was completed with a 4 car German made stacked, carpark line marking, private storage cages and bin storage facilities.
Project Scope
Property Details: All apartments have 2 bedrooms most with ensuites and a separate bathroom with all bathrooms having floor to ceiling tiles, timber vanities with stone benchtops and medium builder’s range finishes to all apartments. The apartments vary between 70 – 90 m/2 with one apartment being a two-story apartment. All apartments have generous fully tiled courtyard/balconies ranging from 15 – 40m/2.
Special Features: This was a 10-car complex basement build as it has very deep bored piers, shotcrete walls over 4.5m, the external walls were a Dincel pre-manufactured PVC product that was filled with concrete and masonry internal block walls filled with concrete.

The Project
Outcome

The common areas have a very good finish with tiled floors and timber moulding and timber stairs. Lift is German made and there is a fire rated concrete staircase, all apartment doors are fire rated and acoustic rated and good natural light.

This was my own development which we designed and constructed using some different building methods and materials which I believed worked well. This was built on time and to budget and the purchasers are very happy with the result.
