This is a new building, a full 1000 m/2 underground open cut, core filled external block wall basement with 30 carparks, with full carpark line markings, apartment storage, bin storage, common stairs and lift. It has an additional 3 floor above the basement with a total of 25 apartments that have a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments.
Project Scope
Property Details: There is a mixture of one and two bathrooms and some master bedrooms with ensuites. All bathrooms have floor to ceiling tiling, timber vanities with stone benchtops and a medium builder’s fixture range finish throughout.
Special Features: The common areas are vey well finished with good quality carpets throughout, wallpaper to common lobby areas with natural light to common areas. Common service lift is a generous size for access and a common fire rated staircase.




The Project Outcome
The single bedroom apartments vary in size between 50 m/2 – 65 m/2 with laminate kitchen joinery and stone bench tops, timber flooring to living areas and carpet to bedroom with private fully tiled large balconies varying between 15 – 20 m/2.
The 2-bedroom apartments also vary in size between 70 – 80 m/2 with good quality builder’s range finish such as laminate kitchen joinery and stone benchtops throughout. Flooring is Engineered timber to living areas and medium range builder’s carpet to bedrooms, also with private fully tiled balconies varying between 15 – 30 m/2.
The client had an interior designer working with us with very specific finishes which we were able to provide. This type of build has its challenges with all the fire ratings, thermal rating and acoustic challenge sand we delivered this project to the client on time and to budget.
