Project 
Overview

This is a new 5 unit attached construction with one two storey and four 3 storey townhouse and all with double garage a single common driveway and a secured gated entrance of the street in-ground water tanks, exposed concrete driveways and fully landscaped common areas.
Project Scope
The two-storey townhouse at the rear has 2 bedrooms is 110m/2 including garage with ground floor bedroom and full ensuite sharing the double garage and laundry on the ground floor. The three storey townhouses are 150m/2 including double garage with kitchen, living and dining rooms on the first floor, generous 11-15 m/2 balconies, 3 bedrooms to the second floor with bathroom and ensuite.
All bathrooms have floor to ceiling tiling, power rooms also have floor and wall tiling to 1.2m with all laundries with laminate benchtops, all kitchens have laminate joinery with stone benchtops and splashbacks throughout, with medium to good builder’s range coloured finishes, all flooring is solid timber polished floors and carpet to all bedrooms, balconies tiles on a pod system and all bedrooms with mirrored coloured door and fully shelved fit out to robes.

The Project
Outcome

The feature of these is again the first floor living areas with some having open timber treads, glass wall balustrade and private balconies and letting in lots of light.

This project was again built for a regular client, which has a specific finish in mind, I was involved with the client and the architect in the design and construct on this, which made the construction easy and with very minimum delays, it was delivered on time and to budget.
