Project Overview
Waterfront Luxury Residence. Located on the waterfront, this two-storey, five-bedroom home was built on challenging ground conditions requiring a highly engineered footing system.
Project Scope
Designed by the owner, an architect, the home achieves an exceptional level of detail and finish. Each bedroom includes an ensuite, and the property features extensive living and entertaining areas.
Materials and finishes include marble tiling, timber veneer joinery, mirrored splashbacks, and premium fixtures throughout. External features include landscaped gardens, water features, pergolas, and architectural outdoor elements.
The Project Outcome
This project required close collaboration with the architect/owner and adaptability to design changes. Despite delays—particularly around specialist glazing—the final result exceeded expectations.
