This is a new 8 apartment build with a 400m/2 underground basement carpark and stackers. This was built with bored piers to a depth of 4-5m due to its close vicinity to the property boundaries.

The Elwood Apartments is a 5-storey building with a semi basement carpark and stackers. There was a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and the top 2 and a half floors was the Owners Penthouse with 5 bedrooms.
