This is a new building, a full 1000 m/2 underground open cut, core filled external block wall basement with 30 carparks, with full carpark line markings, apartment storage, bin storage, common stairs and lift.
Elwood Apartments
The Elwood Apartments is a 5-storey building with a semi basement carpark and stackers. There was a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and the top 2 and a half floors was the Owners Penthouse with 5 bedrooms.
